4. Release of Funds

Funds are released to the seller after the buyer confirms satisfactory delivery of the agreed goods or services.

5. Refunds

Refunds may be issued when:

  • A seller fails to deliver the agreed product or service

  • A dispute investigation determines a refund is appropriate

6. Chargebacks and Fraud

Unauthorised payment reversals, fraudulent activity, or abuse of the payment system may result in account suspension and legal action where applicable.

7. Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests may require verification and are processed within reasonable operational timeframes.

8. Cryptocurrency Risks

Users acknowledge that cryptocurrency values may fluctuate and CelestPay is not responsible for losses caused by market volatility.
